After I went to the office, the lady at the desk asked me for the insurance card. She got signed all the forms and then asked me to pay ninety-nine odd dollars upfront even though I had the insurance. Upon questioning this weird practice, the doctor also came there and stated that since I have a deductible insurance (from blue cross blue shield), they have to bill the insurance after which they get a contracted rate, that they bill to the patient. In order to avoid this hassle, she asked me to pay beforehand. Even after explaining that this is not the correct practice, she did not budge. They wasted my 60 mins of my time during office hours. I had given the insurance details to them a day before both over the phone and zocdoc asking them to verify it. It would have been much appreciated if they had called me and updated about this before the appointment. I have been seeing doctors using the same insurance all over new jersey and new York but never had such weird experience. I think… this is a billing malpractice that should be exposed. I would never recommend anyone to a place where trust and ethics is missing from the very beginning.

She was very patient and listened to my issues..gave me suggestions and made me undergo the tests which she taught were resulting to my symptoms.. Overall a very a good doctor ..unlike others who are always in hurry ...

She was patient enough to listen to me and was able to answer my queries. Her diagnosis was good. Staff were cooperative as well.
