Dr. Anjali J Lueck

The entire practice both in St. Augustine and Atlantic Beach is "bait and switch". I have TEN friends/colleagues who were told to have "deep root scaling" done at a charge of $800 vs. a regular $100 cleaning. Countless times we have all heard the dentist pitching this to other patients, mostly vulnerable seniors. This will not be the first review that this is mentioned for this practice. Recently Dr. Lueck was heard telling an employee that "$3000 just walked out the door". We all miss Dr. Duke and his honesty.

You shouldn't push a Patient to take so and so treatment even after Patient mentioned that I've to go and I didn't planned for this. But they don't listen to you and they don't leave you until you get that treatment is done. I hate such kind of things you should give an option for Patient to think. Specially staff need to be trained on there attitudes towards Patient came for treatment. Some might be to sensitive with there teeth, but staff/ nurse need to be humble and easy going with Patient. This is so bad environment and need to improve there personality towards the all kind of Patients

She is a great dentist and the office staff and assistants are absolutely amazing. I do feel the doc could use some training in working with highly anxious patients. I think she tends to think anxiety is something her patients can control. Her dental work is top notch though.
