Dr. Anjali Gokhale Martinez, MD

Dr. Martinez has been my physician for about 8 years now, and has been great. I had some challenging health issues, and she was extremely sympathetic as well as knowledgeable, and was able to offer some tips and ideas that ended up being very helpful. The practice itself is a bit of a mess, and it can be hard to get an appointment, and when you do have one, it's generally best to expect for them to be running a good 30 minutes behind.

Overall, Dr. Martinez seems approachable with a good bedside manner. But in my experience, when I questioned some of her advice, I found her to be insensitive to my concerns. While the few prenatal appointments I had with her were fine, when I was actually in the hospital giving birth, I felt like she was treating me just like another patient without considering my specific situation.
