I went to the doctor Wednesday the 15th for a follow up. The lady told me I can't see the doctor because the doctor name was not on the insurance card. I have been doing to this doctor for 16 years when your mother was alive. I never had that problem, that was my first time. Even her co-worker there said the doctor can see me because she knows me and still she said no that I have to book another appointment. The worst part is she called on Tuesday to conform my appointment for Wednesday, why didn't she tell me this over the phone and she waited until I reached to the office to tell me this. She was not nice at all. You need to talk to her or you will lose customers. I have my two kids coming to this doctor.

Excellent doctors, very friendly staff .

I've had the pleasure of claiming Dr.V for about 15 years now. She has treated my whole family. She is very caring, takes her time and truly cares. Extremely savvy and goes above and beyond. Great interpersonal skills and very dedicated to her patiences.

I Was a patient of Dr. Viswanathan for 1 year and she was terrible. They would often over schedule to the point that a 2pm appointment would turn into the Nurse Practitioner who was extremely rude seeing you at 5pm. She would only write 30 prescriptions so that they could bill your insurance for another visit. To add insult to injury, she sent me to one of her friends for a Cardiac follow up and that doctor was a sham too. They claimed I had clogged arties, sleep apnea, and thyroid issues. I got rushed to the emergency room where they determined I had none of those issues. 4 years later and I am still left with anxiety over my health even though I had none of the issues this doctor claimed I had.

Great experience overall

Took me so long to find a good doctor. Her mother was a trusted pediatrician. Before she died asked me to see her daughter. I wasn't sure but excellent ! I am so happy that we will get the same care! Dr Uma is amazing! Thank God for her daughter.

Very knowledgeable, not prompt but goes the extra mile!

I had a very complex case that 3 other local physicians could not figure out. They kept ordering test after test. After seeing Dr V for one hour (she spent a long time with me) we found out about a vitamin deficiency and I am feeling much better after 2 months of treatment. She really takes her time and gets to know the patient well.

AFter seeing many docs in the westfield, rahway and linden area I ventured into Roselle based on the recomnnedation of a good friend who raved about this doctor. Her mother was also an excellent pediatrician. Her staff is a little disorganized,and the office not that modern, but all made up for when you see this bright, sharp woman! She was the only one who could diagnose my multiple sclerosis and refer me to the right specialist and now I am doing really well. She got me into the right specialist the next day and I feel very comfortable with her in every regard. I saw docs in much nicer practices who didn't give a hoot about me. This one really cares and listens, and does the right thing.
