Dr. Anjan Kazi Sattar, MD

Yeah - a Google search now indicates he is “permanently closed” All I can say, thank goodness for that! Very unprofessional very unresponsive. When I finally did sit down with him, very rude and uninterested. His weird English accent was also a problem, it’s ok boasting about how many languages you speak but at least speak then clearly! Good riddance doc, don’t let the door hit you on the way out!

Wait time is over 50 mins, he was ok of sorts but a bit creepy and a strange way about him I don’t think I would recommend him as he didn’t really help me with my issues - a bit money orientated

Dr. Sitar was also very interesting and fun to talk to. I owe my life to Dr. Sitar. I was very sad when he left CMH. It is extremely difficult to find competent mental health care. The field is littered with professional nut-jobs and sicko's. I was really fortunate to find him.

Making an appointment was extremely frustrating. The office phone is never answered. My first appointment was canceled for no reason and with no warning, and I had to wait two months for another. Waiting room is cramped, filthy, and always crowded. Often feels unsafe. Attitude of Dr. Sattar is cold and uncaring. Dr. Sattar failed to warn of serious side effects of medication he prescribed. During sessions, Dr. Sattar seemed uninterested in what I had to say and often did not appear to be paying attention. He did not seem interested in helping. He was not available when I had an emergency and never followed up with me.I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.
