A dermatologist should work to improve your skin condition. At the very least, the professional care they provide should not cause new, worsened problems than the initial symptoms (which still exist by way). This doctor has prescribed multiple medicines (some topical, steroidal creams) which have not worked to alleviate or prevent a painful skin condition. In fact, her prescribed drugs have suppressed my immune system and that has lead to new, adverse symptoms. Needless to say, this skin doctor believes you can cure people with ointments and pills. She has zero “preventative medicine” skill. I need an allergist, not this licensed drug dealer. Oh and furthermore, there has been zero follow-up to see how I am doing, and this is not surprising. Terrible, unethical, harm-inducing doctor. I hope they lose their practice. Just terrible that this person has a license to do this to people.
