Worst doctor in the world!!!! Takes to long and terrible bedside manner!!! Won't ever go back to the practice. This doctor needs to be fired!!! Psr's are attentive and lovely.

This is the worst doctor's office I've ever been to. The office is not clean and location is not convenient. One doctor told me I needed to schedule a second appointment in order for health insurance to cover the treatment, even though I requested immediate treatment. At that second visit I was charged a second co-payment fee and treated by Dr. Anjna Nain Ganatra, MD. She rushed through the visit, has terrible doctor-patient skills. Dr. Ganatra incorrectly billed the visit to my health insurance, causing them to deny the coverage. I spent many months attempting to correct this billing change. The billing department gave me the run-around, were rude and said only Dr Ganatra could correct the billing mistake. The billing manager said I needed to understand what my insurance covered, not their doctors, even though they said the visit was covered. After numerous requests to speak with the decision-maker, Dr Ganatra, at this place, they sent my bill to a collection agency. Only visit this… office and Dr Ganatra if you want terrible treatment and months of dealing with unfounded bills. Stay away at all cost!

she is an intelligent woman and very down to earth. she looks for the simplest solution first. she is attentive and concerned, but professional. when my nineteen year old son had a particular situation which might have indicated that he was having problems in his life, she inquired about it, even though she need not have done so. on the down side, she does not always seem to push hard enough to solve the problem.

I've been seeing Dr. Ganatra for several years now and her bedside manner is really great. She has followed up with me personally via phone when i was very worried about a medical condition. I am very sad to say that she no longer accepts Oxford and I now have to search for a new doctor. I really wish this were not the case- I will miss being so confident when I go see the doctor now!

I am always treated with the best care and professional expertise from Dr. Nain-Ganatra. She is surrounded by an excellent staff and the best facility on 21st street. I am so very glad I found a doctor for my complete GYN and yearly check ups all in one location. I NEVER feel rushed and Dr. Nain takes the time to explain things and listens. Thanks!
