Summary
We thoroughly evaluate our patients by taking history and doing a physical exam and devise a comprehensive plan to treat their chronic pain. We try our best to provide them with personal and passionate care. We try to treat chronic pain with multimodality approach including injections, epidurals, facet nerve blocks, radiofrequency thermocoagulation, lumbar sympathetic block, discograms and spinal cord stimulators), medications, physical therapy and alternative treatments including acupuncture, prolotherapy and botox injections. Most of the insurances are accepted.
