Horrific. My son will have issues from her neglect, for a very long time. We had to seek a professional that was actually informed and educated on what I was concerned my son had, and sure enough..they confirmed he had exactly what she said he did not! Not only did she neglect my sick little boy, she made claims I was delusional after I questioned her and insisted she do further testing. She then attempted to have my family investigated and my child removed. She met me and my son ONCE for 5 minutes. The investigation found HE WAS VERY SICK and was dismissed. (Also convenient TC had been pushing me to sign a vaccine contract to catch him up since I delay them, which I refused). He is now scheduled for a another surgery for the infection. ANOTHER SURGERY. If you love your child, stay away from this arrogant, ignorant, and compassionless woman.

Very dissatisfied, just go to TCH Houston or UT Houston.

My 18 month old son was diagnosed with a rare infection in his spine. We were assigned to Dr. Dutta when we were admitted to TX Childrens and we could not have asked for a kinder, more caring doctor to help guide us through a very difficult time. She fought our insurance company for us to ensure my son received the care he needed and was always available. Once we were released from the hospital and on home health care she and her nurse helped us to navigate the home healthcare system and would regularly text or call my husband and I to check on our son. When we had questions or concerns we could text her and she would always respond. If you are unfortunate enough to need an infectious disease pediatrician, you will be in good hands with Dr. Dutta!
