I arrived after answering several common questions when taking a new patient in my name was promptly called. The doctor quickly diagnosed what I had which was excess wax build up. He explained what he will do and got it done. I walked in and unable to hear clearly and walked out with high definition hearing. Great experience.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The office is very clean as well as the doctor's rooms. Dr. Kansal made me feel comfortable from the moment I met him and was very attentive to my concerns. He was very thorough with the procedure that he performed on me. Best ENT experience ever! This is my first visit to this office. I felt welcome from the intake personal to the hearing specialist who gave me a hearing test , to the Doctor. Dr. Kansal spent a significant amount of time. He explained everything he was doing. Explained his diagnosis and what are the.next steps. I felt very confident in his knowledge of my condition, and my following up exercises.

I was taken almost immediately. The wax was quickly cleaned out of my ears and a suggestion was made about how to decrease the need for frequent cleanings.

Dr Kansal is the best from the time I entered the office he was very patient and listened to me explain my symptoms he then offered a solution and corrected it by performing a maneuver he made me feel comfortable at ease which basically took all my symptoms away no medication necessary.

Dr Kansal was really.good as to explaining to me the treatment and and.the side effects of the treatment. He listened to me and re-explained to me any concerns that I might had.
