Dr. Ankita Dalal

My experience with Dr. Ankita Dalal was consistently disappointing and, at times, harmful. Over the course of several years, she proved to be one of the most unresponsive and disengaged physicians I’ve ever encountered.It would regularly take weeks or even months to get a response to basic questions or medication requests — and that’s if I received a response at all. Urgent concerns were ignored. Follow-up was nonexistent. Compassion and professionalism were entirely absent. Despite being a specialist, she showed no urgency, no curiosity, and no true care for my health. Her communication delays and lack of action significantly affected my well-being. It felt like I was begging to be seen or heard — not by a physician, but by someone who simply didn’t want to be doing the job.It’s no surprise to me that she is no longer practicing at the hospital. Based on my experience, I strongly believe she should not be in clinical practice at all. Patients deserve better. Much better.
