NOT Arno if you want a doctor who works together with you, hear your concerns and ideas for your own health. One visit's conversation(partial) went like this: me: I had arthritis Arno: how did you know you have arthritis me: from x-ray result Arno: Have you had professional training? Have you gone to Medical School to learn how to read x-ray me: No, the x-ray doctor told me Recent visit goes: me: Hello Dr. Arno, how are you? Arno: (no answer, with indifferent look) What brought you here today? me: elbow pains She then asked me to twist or turn my elbow this way or that asking if there's pain at different maneuver. me: I have had elbow pains for about two months, and was hoping to get a referral to have x-ray or other investigations. Arno: x-ray can only see bones, plus x-ray is not good for you with all that radiation. me: I haven't had any x-ray for long time, so the radiation is very trivial Arno: (in raised voice) it doesn't matter. I left empty-handed, will go… elsewhere.

Dr.arno acts rude and distant.

My first visit she made me feel like I was her only appointment for the day. I spent almost 2 hours with her. She did a complete history and talked to me about everything.
