I have to be honest and say that I wish I could only give half a star. Please let me begin by stating, I have NEVER written a negative comment for any company. I am strong believer in offering affirmation and not adding to the negativity so many share. PLEASE read through before you make a decision to visit this Dr!!!! I feel strongly that reviews matter, as we discovered Dr. Bockrath via Google and felt comfortable with the decision upon reading her reviews. Regrettably, this was a poor decision. My precious 97 year old grandmother was in need of new dentures after hers had been lost at the home she lived in. My mother and I took her to Dr. Bockrath who "guaranteed" (her exact words), that she could fit my Grandma and while it may be difficult, she had no doubt her office would take care of Grandma. After many attempts to perfect the fit of the dentures, the set the office created were by far the lowest quality and worst fitting dentures my sweet Grandma had ever received. It is with… much sadness, the dentures were never complete as my grandmother has since passed away. We contacted the office (over 10 times) to explain the situation and that the dentures were never right, never fit and clearly the Dr.'s guarantee to provide a perfect product had failed. It was on a rare occasion that we spoke to anyone, the Dr. REFUSED to speak to us and the office manager, while very kind was very timid in what she offered. We finally received a call last week stating that they would not refund the expense or stand behind the dentures "DUE TO MY GRANDMOTHERS AGE, DECLINING HEALTH AND WEIGHT LOSS" (exact words and let me express, this office NEVER weighed my grandmother, her age never changed while seeing this Dr. and her health was impeccable her entire life.) All of this was of great shock to me, not only was their lack of sympathy and sensitivity repulsive, the claim that they would not stand behind the product due to my grandmothers age, weight and health demonstrates horrible customer service and is a direct reflection of the character of this Dr and the standards at this office. *If anyone is seeking validity to this review I will gladly provide names, dates, photos and receipts
