Ann Engfelt, MD

Dr. Ann Engfelt was the pediatrician to both of my daughters since I recovered in the delivery room. Being a first time mom was scary, but she answered all my questions at the hospital and in her office. Never made me feel foolish about asking any type of question. Gave wonderful suggestions and parenting tips when I was pregnant with my second. After we moved to L.A (husband relocation) we would drive down for all appointments until it was hard for me to manage the long commute. While we were doing the commute, her staff made my the drive down easy. They were ready once we walked in the door. My girls and I so miss Dr. Engfelt and the staff at Scripps. Though my girls have been seeing a doctor up here, they still talk about her as if it were just yesterday, with comments like "I want to be a Dr. like Dr. Engfelt." I have not found anyone up here like her and doubt I will. At times I wonder if I should commit to the commute again. We love you Dr. Engfelt!!
