Dr. Ann Glasman, MD

Dismissive, rude and doesn't complete paperwork- very lazy

My entire family has left this doctor due to her rudeness. First myself, then husband, then oldest daughter, and now youngest after being told her BMI of 27 is too high. This physician is not professional, and her office staff changes with the tide. Dr. Glasman is fat phobic and mean. I have rarely come across such an insensitive person.

LAZY, IMMORAL,HORRIBLE HUMAN BEING !! TURNED MY DAUGHTER AWAY WHEN SHE WAS HER MOST VULNERABLE AND AT RISK !! NO ONE SHOULD BE TREATED THAT WAY !! THE WORST OF HUMAN BEHAVIOR

I have been going here for a while now and the Dr. is wonderful but the staff was awful. So bad that I have been thinking of leaving the practice. Well now they have a new staff who are not only courteous but really spends the time to make sure your needs are met. I'm so happy I didn't switch.

Dr. Glassman is great, I've gone to her for years. The only negative is her office staff. They are rude and unprofessional.

Okay, since the doctor only works a few times a week, it can be real hard to get an appointment. when i needed to be seen right away noone otld me that there was a covering doctor at a different place. They just told me that i should call back a different day since the doctor doesn't work.When i came to her with a concussion she kept looking for differnt things like ear infcetions, which are totally not related and there was no reason to worry i had one. when i kept asking her what to expect she kept saying: "I don't know" It's a good thing Google can help me out there better.she then send me to specialists which were not nesecarry, and both times her office gave me the wrong time/place/date for the appointment.Very frustrating and i'm happy to leave that office.

First off, I should have trusted my instincts about this practice when I had so much trouble booking my appointment. The woman at the front desk, who I assume is the office manager, was EXTREMELY impatient and rude every time I dealt with her. On the day of my first appointment at this office, they claimed I was 30 minutes late. They told me at the front desk that my appointment had been at 8:00 as opposed to 8:30, telling me they don't even make first time appointments at half past the hour, which was a complete LIE because I had a voicemail on my phone from their office the night before reminding me that I had an appointment at 8:30. I had specifically made the appointment myself for that time, and I arranged a ride for myself, but the doctor refused to see me and I was turned away.The second attempt I made to have a routine check-up done was more successful booking-wise, but the Dr. saw me for no more than ten minutes. I had an abnormal PAP smear about a year and a half ago, and… needed to have a LEEP proceedure done (in which part of my cervix was removed.) I told her this was my first PAP smear since that proceedure, and in addition to that I told her I had trouble with my knee and needed her to examine it. She felt it briefly and said she didn't notice any swelling (I looked at the knee myself after the appointment and noticed OBVIOUS swelling), told me I needed blood work and gave me the name of a rheumatologist. Then she abruptly said goodbye and left the room. This was my first time seeing her, this was supposed to be for a routine physical exam and she barely said ten sentences to me. She left me papers on the counter to bring to an outside lab for my bloodwork, but said nothing about them...she didn't even tell me what they were, I sat in the room waiting for someone to take my blood for several minutes until the nurse came back and asked me why I was still there. He picked up my lab slips, and told me what tests I was getting and that I needed to fast for 8 hours before my blood tests...she did not tell me any of this. It's been about a month and a half since this visit. For weeks I've been waiting for them to contact me about the results of my PAP smear, as I previously had high-grade squamis, which is a pre-cancerous condition, so obviously I was concerned. I had to call THEM yesterday afternoon, once again deal with the outrageously rude secretary, and ask them what the results were. Dr. Glasman called me back at 5 pm, letting me know that it was abnormal and I needed a referral to a gynecologist and I should call her back, but seeing as how she called me at 4:59 and they close at 5 I don't know how she expected me to do that. So here I am, anxiously waiting on the results of a very important PAP smear, and I have to call THEM a month and a half later to find out it came out abnormal? What is wrong with this picture?? I called them today, the nurse said he doesn't know why no one contacted me, he didn't "blame me for being upset" and "sincerely apologized". I am still shocked. I have informed them that I will not be visiting their office again, and I recommend that you find somewhere else to visit as well! This is worst, coldest Dr. I have ever seen, and the worst office staff I have ever dealt with!
