Dr. Ann Gardner Martin, MD

This is not a good dermatologist. I literally was in the room with her for 2 minutes and she diagnosed me without really looking at the issue. I've now wasted almost $50 on prescriptions that have not even helped my skin issue, in fact it has gotten worse. Will not be going back and will need to now book an appointment with a different dermatologist who can actually help my skin problem. So frustrated.

I brought my 93-yr old father in to have his many moles, growths, etc. checked. Dr Ann Martin was friendly, cheerful, professional & efficient. She's very sharp, easily determined that none of the growths were malignant or problematic, and asked more than once if we had any further questions or concerns. Stepping into the waiting room to walking out only took 40 minutes, and that's with new patient paperwork! Dad wasn't even tired afterwards. I highly recommend Dr. Martin.

Dr. Ann Martin brings her zoom lens of medical expertise and experience into dermatological challenges! She sees behind the lesions, modifies my tensions and addresses each one of my mentions. Her analyses have been "spot on" for 10 years. Her treatments as close to perfection as is her demeanor. A remarkable MD.

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Martin. The whole appointment she was not present to me (didn't listen to my concerns, told me to go on a medication I'd tried before unsuccessfully -it was on my MHx- & repeatedly pushed me to use a trial medication after I said I was uncomfortable doing so). She barely let me explain & when I finally did (wedding in 2 months; didn't trust an acne trial with inconclusive results) her response was, "You have makeup, right?" I left sad & angry at her non-attentive care.

This was my second visit after having a biopsy. I went yesterday for the removal of a Basal Cell carcinoma. I was scared and everyone was so kind in explaining every step and making sure I was doing ok. Thanks for your kindness.

We went in because of my 14 month old baby had a rash. She never touched him or confirm the spots on his body. Everytime we have gone to se eher she is in a rush, doesnt explain what we should expect or do if the case worsen.

Dr. Ann Martin did not explain my medical condition. She didn't ask listen or answer any questions. She came in the exam room and spoke to her assistant (not me) and was in there less than 3 minutes. She left and i thought for sure she was coming back but nope- I had missed my chance. I had to call the office subsequently several times to get switched to different medications and each time i call i have to cal 2-3 times to hear back because of course you never can actually speak to someone. all this and a bill for $175 and i even have insurance. So unprofessional and disappointing.

Dr Martin did not have much for me except "try not to pick your face." Picking seemed to be impossible when I had a cyst about the size of a dime. I was pretty much depending on home remedies from the internet. She did not prescribe anything for it and visits were in and out. My new dermatologist takes time to actually prevent future break out by trying different things.
