Dr. Ann Natterer, MD

Dr. Natterer is an awesome doctor, however, her office staff leaves a little to be desired as far as courtesy and efficiency are concerned. I got tired of feeling irritated every time I called or left the office, so I will be going to another pediatrician.

My daughter is 12 and we have been with Dr. Natterer's office and staff for the entire time. Not only is the entire staff friendly and helpful, when I need to speak to a nurse, I get a real person. Occasionally, I am on hold, but the ability to speak directly to a nurse is invaluable to me, especially in a day where playing "phone tag" is the norm.

All my kids have used the same practice. My original doctor retired from the practice and we started seeing Dr. Natterer. She is just awesome!!! She is so helpful and engaging. She spends a good deal of time discussing all types of issues. We can ask her anything and she is willing to listen and help. I have the utmost respect for her.

She is amazing. Best pediatric doctor around our area. She is very observant. Both our kids have gone to her since birth. She holds the infants during exams as if they were her own children. Very loving doctor with a keen eye!
