I took my sister to Patterson who was her patient. My sister was extremely ill and needed to be in the hospital. Patterson would not agree to do so, said you had to have certain criteria to be admitted. She and I had words and my sister was taken to the hospital. Within an hour my sister was in intensive care. The heart specialist said if my sis had waited two more days she would had died. She never went back to Patterson. Personally, I would never go to her, I don't care how sick I was.

one of the things that impress me the most is her willingness of using health foods, if there are studies that have been done. Also, the fact that if she can not diagnose the health issues, she will send you to a specialist for review.

I stopped seeing Dr. Patterson a couple years ago due to a move. Now that I've seen other doctors, I regret having wasted so many years seeing her. Every time I left her office for a routine visit she had convinced me that I had cancer or some other horrible problem ordering tons of unnecessary tests that always came back fine. I'm only in my 20s! Every doctor that sees my chart now just rolls their eyes and laughs. Also, I am bitter about having been pushed and pushed and pushed by her to get the Gardasil vaccine. Even though I am married and refused the vaccine on several occasions, she would not let it go. Apparently since my husband and I had had previous sexual partners before marriage, I NEEDED the vaccination even though I had been tested. She is very Christian and judgemental. Almost like she need to punish me for my life choices with the vaccine. This woman has problems. However, if you're a very devout Christian, hypochondriac love 80s hair and heavy makeup, she's… perfect for you!

Dr. Patterson is a wonderful doctor. She gives you all the time you need when you go to see her. She is very thorough and competent. We would definitely recommend her.
