Not pleased with service I received in office yesterday, kinda felt discriminated against. Had a 2:00 appointment got x-ray done and was told I would have to come back for cleaning and filling. My daughter was seen after me, you guys cleaned her teeth without doing and x-ray or exam, and left her seated while doctor worked on another patient, the doctor even yelled when she did decide to come in as to why haven't you guys done x-ray yet and walked out to work on another patient. Where is the consistency in office do you x-ray first then clean or do you pick and choose patients who you feel like working on for the day. Not sure but after seeing the inconsistency and witnessing the down right disrespect of your office I stormed out with my daughter and was approached by another patient of yours in the parking lot who thought I should reach out to someone legally and she would witness what I encountered because she has come several times for a cleaning and was told she needed a deep… cleaning and got a filling all in one setting. Which I later called your office manager and let her know how I felt and your office manager clearly stated that she did not know I needed a deep cleaning, and sometimes the office gets behind. But I am confused you are there to complete a service to patients, my appointment was at 2:00 p.m. and if your office was behind it should be in the favor of your staff to be inconvenienced not your patients, so staff should stay a little late to accommodate patients my appoint was at 2:00 p.m. I mean really how much later would you guys have had to stay. I am not sure why the office manger was confused on the service I would need for the day when I clearly told her on the phone I would need a deep cleaning and a referral to the periodontal dr. so she did in fact know, but that is irrelevant my issue is that I was there at 2:00 p.m. my daughter appointment was at 5 you guys rushed me out the chair stating you could not clean and fill me for the day and we both were out of the office at 3:45 so there was time, there was staff, and my daughter and I was basically discriminated against in your office!!! Not happy very displeased even after voicing my concerns with your office manger she chuckled and said where you stormed out of the office so if we did have time you acted like you didn't which was classless, rude, and very unprofessional especially after I expressed to her when having to make another appointment to get the services I should have received today!! I expressed that I took off from work for nothing well an x-RAY and she states wells some time the office gets behind. Very unprofessional office, rude staff and inconsistent practice.
