Dr. Ann Irvine Pollock, MD

My family has had multiple negative experiences with Dr. Pollock. She was rude to my grandmother, spoke negatively about other practitioners in her office, and she neglected to biopsy a lesion in my dad's mouth (that even an entry-level healthcare provider would have recognized as a necessity). When I finally got him in with another provider, they were adamant that it needed to be biopsied, and it turned out to be cancerous. Everyone has bad days and deserves grace, but patterns of bad practice speak for themselves.

She is wonderful, spends time with you, genuinely concerned, works very hard, easy to talk too, straight up honest. If she is running behind because of time she spent with another patient she apologizes, but you know she would do it for you if needed

Does not rush through appointment, takes as much time as patient needs. Genuinely cares about patients. Good good advice, helped me stop smoking.
