Dr. Ann Ford Reilley, MD

The office and staff are great. Dr. Reilley's skills leave a lot to be desired. I had two breast surgeries with her and neither were satisfactory. I had two more children after second surgery so decided to wait to have them done properly until I was done with children. I just recently had surgery by another Dr. and what he found from her previous work was really terrible. She had not sewn the original pockets back together properly and the implants were flipping back and forth and one was ruptured. In my attempt to get my records from her office, for my new surgeon, the staff was not very helpful or friendly.

I would not use her or recommend her to anyone. I waited a long time to have my breast augmentation. I had a reduction and a lift. I made it very clear to her that I wanted to be able to buy my bras at a department store not a specialty bra store like I always have. I told her I would like to be a "C" cup I was assured I would be a full "C", however I am still in a 32 "E" or "F". It is very frustrating. I also have something she referred to as a "dog ear" on one of my breast. It was caused by the way she stitched the incision and I was told it could be fixed. When I went for my follow up appointment and asked about the "dog ear" she told me to wait until things healed up more. I made another follow up appointment and when I asked her about it she was very condescending and said "I'll have to make your scar bigger but if that's what you want we can do that". At that point I left and never went back. She is sloppy in her work and the scars are botched in most places and relatively… invisible in some spots, you can still see where the stitch marks. One nipple you can't see the scar and the other has a very obvious white scar. The nipples are also noticeably different sizes. And after all of that I am still sagging. It has been 3 years so everything has had plenty of time to heal, but a friend called me to ask who I used and I felt compelled to write this review that long after surgery. Extremely disappointing.

I used her for a few of my surgeries. My last surgery she totally botched and then had to get another surgeon at her clinic to try to fix her mistake. I will have to live with a very noticeable flaw to my face for the rest of my life. Not worth it. I would not recommend her.

4 members of my family have used her. she is very nice and seems to have a good bedside manner... until the day its time to receive what you've been waiting and paying for. I personally have had SIX operations on ONE problem that she carelessly overlooked. She has punctured a lung during one of the operations to try and fix her first mistake. No other surgeon will even touch my breast to help make them even look okay or be somewhat even because of all the damage she has caused.

I had a Tummy Tuck 3 years ago done by Dr. Reilley and am very pleased, Tummy still Flat. I am getting ready to have a breast reduction now and would not go to any other Dr.
