Dr. Ann-Renee Desrochers, MD

I used the Maryland physician's care insurance health portal and I spoke too Ann Renee Desrochers MD.  I was having an issue at the pharmacy because my diazepam prescription was expired. I asked if she could write one and she said no, it is a controlled substance, those have to be prescribed in person. The Doctor that I usually get it from is also a telemeticine Doctor so this is clearly not the truth. I then asked her for a topical benzoyl peroxide prescription.  She said no, I have to see an in person doctor. In reality, I can call my Dermatologist and get it on Monday. (Today is Saturday) I then asked if she could refill my methocarbamol, a medication that I have taken for many years , and that was refilled once or twice through the portal. She said no. I was provided with no services. There's a big issue with doctors on that portal not providing any services at all they just want to invade patient's privacy as if its a social meeting and not a business transaction. Avoid if… you value your civil rights.
