Dr. Ann Shallue, DO

Dr was unable to see my husband for 4 mths. He saw the NP in order to get his meds refilled in July. Meds were filled for 1 mth with 0 refills. We called 2nd mth for refill until the appointment in October 30. We were told it was not a problem as long as we have an appt scheduled. The 3rd mth they changed the dose of him meds stating they were whining him off. They claimed left a message but never did. He has been on it for over 6 years, why would they whine him off! Ridiculous!

She listened, evaluated and went over decision with me. We agreed what my treatment would be and the plan if it doesn't. VERY happy with her.

Dr. Shallue is the best doctor I have ever had. I feel that she truely cares about me as a person in addition to being a patient. She listens to my concerns and treats me as whole person, not just a list of individual problems. She is also very professional.

She works with her patient, really listens to you and teams with you to get the best healthcare. Always patient- never has her hand on the doorknob. She turns down the lights if you have a migraine. She is quick to answer questions and requests. I can always get an appointment with her if I really need to. She greets you with a smile and looks you in the eye. Gentle, caring, compassionate.

My prior appointment delayed me and I arrived 12 minutes late. This doctor refused to see me. Then sent me a condescending letter in the mail later telling me the reasons was that other patients might have to wait and that she is "unable to accommodate late arriving patients". How outrageous.For reference I have used this clinic for many years and can't remember a time that I haven't waited AT LEAST 10 minutes for them and have waited MORE THEN 30 minutes on at least one occasion. So this doctors assertions about being on time are entirely one sided, and shows an utter lack of respect of the patients time.For reference, it was 11:42am and there was only 2 other patients in the lobby. For a medium sized clinic that has 6 visible clinical staff at the time, there must have been several doctors on duty, so why they couldn't see me I don't know. Perhaps I was going to delay her golf tee off.Will never schedule with this doctor again.Absolutely not recommended.
