Having cataract surgery on both eyes was a good experience. It is surgery and should be taken seriously. But with a great and friendly staff, they make it a good experience. I was pleasantly surprised when I was in the second waiting area, and I must say the Patients couldn't be friendlier. It passed the time and good conversations was had by all. I've been to the Hammond location 5 times each time the patients made my day. I look forward to that waiting area to catch up with the patients on my next visit. Great job Dr. Ann on my eyes.

Her approach to my individual needs and the kind, caring staff that work at this clinic have made my recovery a positive experience instead of a negative one. They were very thorough in the explanation of my required treatment and the potential outcome. They all took the time to make sure I was treated as their only patient in a very busy office. Doc Ann Williams taught me little about my condition. She suggested only an expensive procedure not covered by insurance. She was aloof and cool towards me.
