Overselling and pushy! Not listening to my needs but pushing things on me that I feel pressured. Even at checkout the lady try to push me to get packages that are more expensive than the current one!! My favorite esthetician left and new person at the prairieville office is not as good and I heard she is not licensed either which is very disappointing coming from a doctors clinic.

Did not listen to my own experience...I went for a consultation on a procedure that I had had previously with another doctor (who switched practices), but that needs to be redone occasionally. She told me "you want it like this", over something that was a preference, not a technical matter. She repeated "you" want this, as if I had had no experience with my own medical condition and this was not a discussion. She also claimed that just by looking at me that she could tell that a related condition I have was not under control, even though knowing that would require lab work and another information. She said that the medication I was taking obviously wasn't working, even though that medication wouldn't actually have an outward effect. Despite explaining that I'm extremely sensitive to medication, she insisted that I start a certain one, even though that medication is known to have many side effects. On the whole, this was an uncomfortable experience that I paid a $150 for.

I went in for a chemical peel and was talked into getting allumera with red light and blue light. It burned my skin so badly I now have lines dents and enlarged holes in my face. I went in for a follow up and was told the treatment can’t cause this because it doesn’t go deep enough. Then they dismissed me as a patient. I’m horrified every time I look in the mirror. I can also still feel the burning sensation under my skin a year a later. Just know if something goes wrong... they don’t care!

Love going to the office and seeing the girls and the competent staff! Love all the products !

Wait times are 30minutes plus! She named everything that was wrong with me according to her instead of listening to the one thing I wanted to fix. I felt worse about myself after leaving the office. She seemed a bit rush. After paying a $150 consultation fee I assumed I would get more time with the doctor.

Exceptional with time spent talking & listening to me. Very willing to make you at ease and pain free . I have never had a doctor show as much concern and spend as much time explaining procedures .

Dr. Zedlitz has done an excellent job keeping me young and her office is well run. I am constantly getting comments on my skin! I highly recommend her to everyone
