Dr. Anna Rose Barragry, DO

Kindly avoid this doctor at any cost. We had an appointment but the doctor came to meet us more than 30 minutes late. Even the nurses told us that this doctor is always late to see her patients. I felt like she didn’t respect our time nor care about us. We did the blood work and even after three weeks there were no response from this doctor with the update for our blood work. So we ended up changing the primary care physician. Avoid this doctor at any cost if you care about your life !!!

Find another doctor if you value your well being and your health. I was dismissed and disrespected as a human and a patient, she wouldn’t offer any real help at one of the worst and most difficult times in my life. No one deserves to be treated that way. One of the worst doctors I’ve ever dealt with.

I’ve often found that DOs are more open minded, aware of current treatments, and better at listening and working on treatment plans. Not Dr Barragry! Condescending and set in her ways, dismissed my concerns and sent me home- then wanted me to come back to discuss things I brought up at original appointment. I won’t be back.

Let me start by saying I pay a enormous amount of money every year for my insurance ($5k+) yet the kind of treatment I receive is completely unacceptable. I went to see Anna today for some Insomnia and PMS issues and it was a complete waste of time. I asked for a prescription that I had taken years ago that had worked wonders for me and Dear Anna in all her wisdom flat out refused to give me the prescription. She instead attempted to turn me into a zombie and make me into a "customer for life" by trying to put me on a drug that had a 6 week loading period FOR SYMPTOMS I DON'T HAVE!! The side effects of this drug was anorexia, possible suicide, increased anxiety, etc. Not to mention there has been a class action lawsuit against the makers of this drug for years....yet she thinks she knows best right? She, along with Colorado Springs health partners were ready to get those follow up appointments scheduled just to make sure they got their money rolling in. Her suggestion for my insomnia?… "Take some melatonin" she says....yes Anna, that's why I pay for insurance so I can go to a doctor and be told to take something I already tried years ago and it doesn't work, ask anyone who suffers from insomnia. I'm sickened that this is the type of treatment I receive after the thousands of dollars I pay every year for my crap insurance. Sorry Anna I didn't go pick up that toxic prescription you attempted to put me on now make sure and jam my insurance as hard as you can so you can go buy a new car or put your child in a private school. I await the massive bill I will receive in the next few weeks after you get done raping my insurance and I sit here with the same issue I had before I stepped foot into your office. Us who pay through the nose for our insurance deserve a better quality doctor and I'm sorry to say but Anna Krauss and Colorado Springs health partners don't measure up.....in the slightest.
