Dr. Bettendorf was very professional, explained the process well and there were no issues with testing. Some Doctors have the calm demeanor coupled with experience that is very reassuring to the patient. Dr. Bettendorf is one of those Doctors. No hesitation in recommending as someone to visit.

Granted the time necessary to educate me on my bilateral carpal tunnel as well as the giant cell tumor that was entangling the nerves in my left hand. First visit had minimal findings but she was so empathetic to me and my symptoms and concerns, my treatment was a matter of determining pain cause: autoimmune disease versus cervical spine issues. Two years later, she remembered me, even personal details about me and it was like no time had passed since our first meeting. It was comforting to learn the etiology of my issues so I could make the informed decision for surgery.
