My service at Arkangel is always great. Staff is friendly and Dr. Boron is always responsive to my needs.

Not only will you wait forever in a small waiting room (wish I had taken the other reviewers seriously), THEY TAKE PATEINTS OUT OF ORDER FROM WHEN THEY ARRIVE. Waited 50 minutes then in walks someone who waits 5 minutes and goes in ahead of me. I cancelled and won't be back.

This was a follow up visit. She went over all my endocrine issues and we discussed the changes we made with my meds. She looked at my whole health picture and we discussed some of the other health issues that have arisen. She is very thorough and she coordinates lab work with my Primary Care Physician. She is very knowledgeable about all endocrine issues. I highly recommend her.

Drove 3 hours for the appointment. Completely uncaring staff, waited for over an hour when I had other appointments scheduled for the day. Finally left after I asked how much longer and was told it could be another 20 minutes before the "dr" was finished with current patient. If you like being treated like cattle, this is your place! Enjoy!

I have been seeing Dr. Boron for 2 1/2 years for a weird thyroid (large, patchy, nodules you name it). I have a TON of health issues and am always in the 1% for everything. From the very first visit she has been nothing but kind, understanding, professional, caring, considerate, and any other nice word you can come up with. Not only is she fantastic personality wise, but she knows her stuff and is an overall incredible doctor. I've had multiple biopsies with her and everytime I make a face or flinch she always says how sorry she is and I truly believe her. She is recommending surgery for me and even called me personally today to see how much surgical consult went and to see if I had any questions. Truly, one of the most caring doctors I have ever met in my life and goodness knows I've been to a ton. I live in the FAR east valley and I drive over an hour to see her. Can't go wrong with Dr. Boron!

If Dr. Boron can't pinpoint your diagnosis she will flat out tell you it's all in your head; she will blame the patient if she's unable to determine what is causing your illness.

Dr Boron was nice but I am very unhappy w her care. It is nearly impossible to get in touch w her. Then if you have to interact w her office manager, Alfonso, he is useless! He won't return calls, very unprofessional and just a waste of time. Overall very poor care. Then they try ripping you off for more money w their coding. Unfortunately w all these factors, I definitely would not recommend seeing this doctor!
