Dr. Anna Maria Conti, MD

I have never dealt with a dr within any field that is unavailable. Following our appointment, we ran into issues with employer needing information from Dr. Conti to go back to work. HR contacted Dr. Conti's office on a daily basis leaving messages. As of today, we still have not been able to get in touch with the dr and the patient is unable to go back to work just because Dr. Conti is never available to review her messages or pick up the phone and return a phone call.

I was thinking about switching neurologists and tried contacting Her office to schedule a visit. I called several times in 1 week during their office hours and always received the automated recording that they are assisting other callers. Either they are beyond busy or that office staff doesn't know how to listen to the answering machine. I left several messages for the doctor I was trying to contact, my name, reason for calling and a number to reach me back at and I never received a call back. It even says on this profile page that she is accepting new patients... Looks like she's not. Thank goodness I wasn't her patient and it wasn't an emergency that I needed to get ahold of her for because I would never receive a call back!

I had a very positive experience from my visits, I highly recommend this doctor. I felt comfortable in sharing my problems, I found empathy in listening, and solutions to my symptoms. Before my visit, I asked people in the waiting room, they all had positive comments, all they confirmed that this doctor does not leave stones unturned: this is what you want in your doctor. I see that on this website there is some comment from someone unhappy, I simply do not believe a word that this person says, considering that it comes from a neurological patient, her/his disease must have affected the sense of judgment. Trust me, if you find a doctor like Dr. Conti, you don't want to go anywhere else!

My experience with Dr. Conti was fantastic. I have never felt so instantly comfortable with a doctor. The examination was thorough and actually enjoyable. Her diagnosis was right on target and the medication she prescribed has helped a great deal. I was supposed to see a different doctor in the office but was referred to Dr. Conti instead. I was truly fortunate and hope that all my appointments with her will be as great as my first. God bless Dr. Conti!

Her system of dealing with patient medications leaves much to be desired.Her attitude is that she never makes mistakes, when from my first visit, her dosage levels were incorrect from what we discussed and she never admitted to that fiasco. My wife took meticulous notes regarding details, which she later disclaimed.Six weeks later, I called her office for a script renewal,which she again had incorrect, in terms of quantity and, thanks to Walgreen's competent people, got the problem corrected. In that same call, I asked her staff person to ask her if she wanted me to increase my dosage of one med like we had discussed in he office weeks before and she approved it. Today,she royally denied that approval and rudely suggested I never call her office on meds again, saying she never approved such a dosage.I don't need that attidude in a person I am trusting for their supposed expertise.Today was my last visit. My primary physician highly recommended her and I will strongly suggest he be… careful with this endorsement. I certainly will never recommend her to anyone.
