She explains everything clearly so you can understand it and if you have any questions she'll answer the questions so you can understand them and she is very helpful

My visit was very professional, the staff was on top of all my information and the doctor asked all the right questions and listened to all my concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. Fermin to friends and family.

I loved Dr. Fermin! She was awesome, easy to talk to, caring, great listener and great treatments. She was easy to understand and I liked that she gave me choices. I feel so fortunate that my PCP referred me to Dr. Fermin.

Dr. Fermin is always engaged with her patients. She's personable and well prepared. She has always looked at your chart ahead of time and has a plan for you which she presents and asks if you agree. She is a real gift to the community.
