Dr. Anna Fromzel

I have found Dr. Fromzel to be professional and capable. The TVs in all the rooms aren't my taste (they seem to be more for the staff than the patients), but that's about it.

It seems like she is very greedy. She made up a cavity at the root on a molar that does not exist and wanna extract five of my molars based on this bad tooth, then put two implants on my right side so that I can chew thanks to her mercy. I asked two dentists about her treatment plan. They both think it is ridiculous, and cannot find the cavity at the root that she claimed she found all of a sudden. And btw, the tooth which she found a cavity at the root, is the same tooth she just did a filling (on top). So how did she tell me the treatment plan? In between the two cavity filling, her assistant called me and crushed and threaten me with the 'very serious situation'. Also, my gum disease is pretty bad, and as a general dentist, she did not mention anything about referring me to a periodontist for further treatment. I strongly suspect that she is threatening me like this and think I am a cash cow because, obviously, I wasn't born here and I am a well-behaved patient.

Very bad doctor. Just a money machine

Overall horrible experience. Came in for cleaning and was told I had four cavities. Two days later returned in immense pain from the right side of my mouth being blown up. Was referred to internal medicince Dr. and told this issue was in no relation to my cleaning. When I went to see the Dr. I was told that I had an infection in my mouth which although could not be 100% linked to the cleaning I believe this most likely was the case as I never had experienced a mouth infection before. Now sceptical of this dentist I went to a 2nd Dentist and paid out of pocket to find out that I had ZERO cavities. These people are scammers, liars and cheaters. They also billed me for two full visits when I returned with my infection. When I called to speak to the Dentist regarding both matters she never returned my call and I was only given a call by her 'assistant'. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

I went to Dr. Fromzel several times over the last few years. Overall great experience with this doctor. Gentle and knowledgeable. The stuff is very friendly. Recommend very highly.

Dr. Fromzel is an excellent doctor. I've been with her for several years now and it's a quality of services provided that kept me with this doctor. Just recently had to came in without a scheduled appointment with a terrible pain and the doctor was able to see me right away. On top of that her friendly stuff called me the next day to follow up.
