Dr. Anna Babine Hays, MD

Anna hays is a bully. I knew her personally growing up and she was awful to me. She bullied me as a child when she was an adult and it was a traumatic experience. I am a nurse now and I have a great life but I do not write this lightly- although I never knew her professionally, I would never trust anyone who would be cruel to a small child to make judgements about my medical care.

Nice but wasn't thorough enough to diagnose chronic sinus infection. Her diagnosis was allergies Sent me to the drug store to get OTC meds to alleviate severe headache, dizziness, nose bleed, and congestion. Thank goodness my ENT was able to order the correct meds before the infection got worse.

Dr. Hays has been my doctor for three years and has done a wonderful job of coordinating my health conditions among the several specialists that I have to balance. She has the experience to help my medical conditions and is a smart, caring person.

I don't understand these ratings. She has always spent time with me and explained things well. In fact I'd say she has maybe been late for the next appt because she is engaged in her patients. Her staff is great

She was rude, made unwarranted assumtions, ignored my concerns and removed documents from my file which then had to be replaced by another doctor, with no explanation for her behaviour or actions.I'm hoping she seeks help.
