Dr. Anna Herich

Anna Herich is a Limited License Social Worker who has more than 3 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples. Anna is passionate about helping people work through everyday challenges in order to live a fulfilling life. Anna specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, mental disorders, relationship issues, stress management, behavioral issues, and life transitions. She completed her Master of Social Work (MSW) at Spring Arbor University. Her personal experience of growing up in an adoptive family coupled with her professional experience enables her to provide support and assist her clients in growth and change. Anna utilizes a blended treatment approach including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, coping skills, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy.
