Prompt, friendly, professional, knowledgeable. Not only did she explain in words and illustrations the issues, but she asked what my preference in treatment might be. She also directed me as to what she thinks is best, explaining the risks, recovery possibilities. I left the appointment with complete faith in her. The surgery went well and I am confident that subsequent appointments will be top notch.
