As a physician myself, I have seen both "sides" of medicine - as a treating doctor and as a patient. I have experienced condescending doctors who fail to wash their hands, fail to communicate with others, and fail to ask for help when they don't know the answer. DR. KAGAN IS NONE OF THESE THINGS. She is bright, patient, punctual, and I believe she truly does have my well-being as her prime focus. And she does this with a very dry sense of humor, which is sometimes the best medicine of all. I wish all doctors treated their patients like she does.
