Dr. Anna Kharitonova, DO

I waited a long time for the appt. When I arrived I had to sign papers, one of which privacy agreement was not available I had to ask for it. I was told to PAY MY COPAY IMMEDIATELY IN CASH.(a sizable amount) The staff never told me this on the phone. She would not see me even after the staff asked if I could use a credit card. On their table, there is a sign with all the credit card logos, credit cards welcome. Near the bathroom, there is a hand grenade replica, with the above reference complaints department. They recently moved to 2493 Richmond Rd. SI NY 10306. The decor was from the previous doctor. I had someone with me willing to front the $40, but I told them to keep it. She was not worth my money or time. I would not trust this doctor with my health, maybe you shouldn't either.

my grandmother needed a psychiatrist, she is 86 years old...Her primary care Dr. refer to her to see Dr.Kharitonova. When I called to make an appt. she didn't ask any insurance information... when my grandmother came to the office, she said that she doesn't exept her insurance...we were waiting to see this dr. 3 weaks, and she couldn't see her after all... i would not recommend Dr. Kharitonova to anyone I know...so irresponsible...
