Dr. Anna Kosentka, MD

Dr. Kosentka is wonderful. She listens, talks to my daughter, includes me, and explains things very well. We deeply appreciate her.

Dr. Kosentka is attentive, thoughtful, and caring. She explains what is going on, how she is hoping to treat it, and next steps. She explains medicines well. She listens to my daughter and speaks to her as well as to me. She is overall an excellent physician.

Anna is a fantastic Dr and always listens to us. She explains everything to us as well.

He showed considerable concern to the issues at hand/and that was a plus. He re-assured us that they would send the procedure into the Insurance company to get an approval/afterwards they would contact her mom to set up an appt. He explained everything. I was very pleased.

Today Dr. Konsetka was in a hurry. She came in telling us a story about her cousins history of bed wetting. I interjected and said "not sure why you're sharing this details or what his chart says about why we're here today but my son wet the bed and has odd symptoms that are new. He's not a bed wetter ever and we suspect it's happening due to uncontrolled seizures." I basically had to rush through trying to explain something is wrong and he's complaining of pains in his stomach similar to when he had his massive seizure and that we believe he's been having absent seizures during the day because he has moments of daydreaming look. She was in a hurry and dismissive and I persisted something was wrong. Never did I say my son has comprehension issues or learning disabilities and that's what his notes online she wrote say. Eventually she offered an EEG and said she doesn't believe it'll be abnormal. I felt like I had to fight for my son today and I was incredibly uncomfortable. Her office… notes are also not accurate and I plan to address that in our December appointment. The notes are misleading and that's wrong. I'm highly disappointed with the service we received today.

I feel my daughter wasn't treated by staff or Doctor well at all for migraine headaches! Bedside manner was horrible, wouldn't listen and I cried when I got in my car after visit . I felt it was useless . She did get an mri to ease our minds other than that I would not ever want to see her again!
