Let's you know in advance that if you dont have premium PPO insurance, that the service she will give you, will not be good. She doesn't want to spend the time on a good cleaning. Basically making clients feel terrible, and giving horrible service. I told her I had pain in 1 tooth And she said that we will wait for the next check up in 6 months to check it out. I requested for my 2 daughters to have their cleanings and she said at the next check up she would do that to. So basically she got paid for all 3 of our exams but refused to do cleanings or check out any issues we were having. Rachael is very nice. However the denal hygienists are beyond terrible and rough...and extremely rude!..especially the Hispanic one with the shaved head...he lied and said they couldn't even do x-rays because their machine was broken.. but then took the lady after us in to do x-rays.
