Dr. Anna Marie Lozano, MD

I'm impressed with Dr Lozano. She is fast with the painful parts of an exam. She is clear in her communication. But I did wait 45 minutes alone in a treatment room, which did not seem very respectful of my time.

I had a wonderful experience visiting with Dr. Lozano. She took the time to listen to my issues and addressed all my questions and concerns in detail.

Everyone in the office was very conscious in regards to cleanliness and preventing the spread of COVID-19. Staff are always polite and courteous.

Dr. Anna listens to what you have to say and cares about your health. I am somewhat new to the office after my long-term doctor retired. I am happy to say that I feel at-home here.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm utterly disappointed. Dr. Lozano was the most unprofessional and rude doctor. She was referred to for an examination for a procedure needed. Upon coming into the room, she didn't greet her patient. She spoke in the most disgustingly rude tone. We will definitely take our money elsewhere and find someone much more polite, understanding, pleasant, and eager to help. I cant imagine how many other patients have had to deal with this type of negligence.

She was thorough and compassionate, king, and friendly. Ver professional.

I called to make an appointment with Dr. Lozano's office. When they demanded my social security number, I told them I did not like to give it out - that I would give them all my insurance information but did not like to give that out. As I said that, the receptionist cut me off with no explanation and transferred me to the office manager. I explained my concerns and asked if they had any security systems set up for social security numbers. They had nothing. I told them I would give my social when I got to their office. Several days later, they called back and told me that because I had concerns with the rudeness with which I had been treated they would not see me.

I started going to Dr. Lozano because my mother has been going to her for over a decade. I was reluctant to have the same gynocologist as my mother; but after my first visit with her at the age of 17, I have kept coming to her. She is extremely professional yet personable and very courteous. I've recommended her to many close friends over the years. I don't think I'll ever change gynocologists.
