Dr. Ania Pollack, MD

Great doctor if you can get your followup appointment. I’ve called numerous times for an appointment and have waited over 15 minutes each time and no one ever answered. My time is as important as theirs. I refuse to wait that long to get someone to even answer the phone.

Caverous angiumo removal was excellent. I recommend highly.

Awesome in every way. She even braids a patient's hair where the incision will be. She knew my wife would have full brain radiation and would loose her hair. But she knows how important it is to look at yourself after surgery and still have your hair. My wife was so very grateful. I truelly believe that helped her to recover. Thank you Dr Pollack!

A caring and competent doctor/surgeon.

Dr. Pollack was my Dr. In 2007 when I had a brain tumor removed.When it started to grow back in 2013, I made an appointment to see her. It was decided that I needed radiation. But when I called her office like she had asked me to, I received the message that she was no longer at KU medcenter. No explanation about where she was or any recommendations for another neurosurgeon. Was just left feeling abandoned. When I did see another neurosurgeon he informed me that my tumor was far to large for radiation and that I needed another surgery. So really makes me think, did Dr. Pollack know what she was talking about? What kind of Dr. just disappears on their patients?

Best doctor ever. She has a wonderful bedside manner and the best assistants there ever could be. Highly recommend her.

An incredibly skilled, Intelligent, frank, capable, and kind Surgeon. She and her staff were amazing. I felt I was important and knew she was the surgeon for me 5 min after talking with her. I owe her and her staff my life.

Dr Pollack is a caring surgeon/physician who spends enough time to make the patient feel confident that she/he is in expert hands on surgery day and afterwards. After brain surgery Dr. P. came around late in the evening and first thing in the morning and also took time with my family. She is a first class doctor and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.
