Dr. Anna Margaret Priebe, MD

Go to a different oncologist. Anna Priebe failed to properly treat my mother and spent more time chastising her for being overweight and telling her it was her fault that she had cancer than she did forming a treatment plan. My mom had confirmed cancer when she was seen by Anna(will not be calling her doctor because she is not owed that level of respect) It took 4 months for her to have the surgery to remove it. There was no chemo, no radiation, and no follow up scans performed by her to check for metastasis at any time by this doctor. We know that the cancer metastasized because my mom was subsequently hospitalized multiple times after her surgery in severe pain. We found out from ER doctors what this horrible woman should’ve told us herself, but she couldn’t be bothered to check in on her hospitalized patient. She denied that any of my mother’s pain had anything to do with the surgery or her cancer. My mom died a horrible painful death because of Anna Priebe’s failure to establish a… treatment plan in a timely manner or follow up. She was cruel to my mother in her most vulnerable moments. You do not need a referral for MD Anderson. Please seek help there instead of trusting your loved one’s care with this woman or her clinic.

I would highly recommend this Dr and her staff. She explained everything well. Excellent bedside manner. Very easy to talk with .

Dr Priebe is very nice but she acts like nothing is important or a big deal.. Brushed me off for over a year saying what was found was nothing when it ended up being something but she didn’t do anything about it. I ended up going to Baptist MD Anderson and got far better care and a doctor that listened and showed concern and possibly saved my life! If I didn’t go to see another doctor, who knows what would have been. I don’t recommend this doctor or her staff, they forget about you and don’t even call you back, EVER. If you care about your life, go somewhere else!!!

Dr. Priebe is an excellent doctor. She spent hours with me explaining everything I needed to know and listening to my concerns. My surgery went better than my best case scenario going in. She was caring and reassuring through everything. I can not say enough good things about her.

Initially OK but does not listen. Also requires undressing g and in a gown for all visits even when totally unnecessary. Thinks random exam can be nothing more than a knee tap. No follow up initiated by her, you will have to do that. Thinks she is always right even when misdagnousing you. Don't recommed her.

Dr. Preibe saved my life. She is an excellent position. Her bedside manner is impeccable. The most compassionate and sympathetic division I have ever met.

Dr Priebe has a great bedside manner and was very reassuring. She explained my diagnosis and surgical procedure in detail (sometimes twice!). Her entire staff were all very attentive and informative as well. The entire experience made me thankful that I had chosen the right doctor!

Dr. Priebe was so kind and compassionate I felt like I had made a new best friend. She listened to all my fears and concerns and answered all my questions and never made me feel like I was taking too much of her time. I can call her office anytime and there is always a kind staff member willing to help me and answer any questions I have...I feel safe under the care of Dr. Anna Priebe!!

i was fortunate enough to have Dr. Priebe to perform the surgery needed to remove my uterine tumor. She is wonderful. Everything you want in your doctor and surgeon. She is caring, smart and best of all a great surgeon. You can barely see my scar. Even though my surgery was almost 3 years ago she still checks in with me to make sure I'm doing okay. I was lucky to find her.
