Dr. Pudinak is the best! So friendly and caring, along with her staff. Marina and Jasmine are extremely patient and kind. I’m lucky to be a patient here and in such good hands!

Doctors are great! Discussion about your test, diagnosis & treatment face to face while you are in the office, EXCELLENT They will take time to go over every detail with you. However try to get that same information via telephone...ABSOLUTELY NOT! Terrible with phone calls, test results (serious ones at tht. Never seen anything like it before. How can you get such excellent care whn you are there with your doctor but leave that same office and CALL in? Horrible. Either you cant get the front desk to answer the phone because "she's only one person" ive been told; and i get tht...however MOST of the time one cant get the front desk to ANSWER THE PHONE? Unheard of. Ive waited up to a month to get test results thats after calling 5, 6, 7 times & being told "i txtd the doctor he didnt call you?" or " i told the doctor what you said & need", "he said he'd call u back". Hmmm well weeks later im ALWAYS STILL WAITING. I agree with another patient's review wholeheartedly. Front desk is a… place tht introduces you to the vibe of an office, perfessional office, store, medical office etc. It shows you whats to come & what the atmosphere of that peticular environment is. IF thats OFF, unprofessional or messy that will discourage patients ad well as lose patients. Its a shame considering they are EXCELLENT doctors. You cant give appointments to your "special interest" patients & make others wait or tell them you are all book up in emergencies .Wait time usually is waaaay past your appointment time. But if YOU are late you have to reschedule. When you are early; u have to wait til your time comes up. But if you are on time you still have to wait. (In the waiting room & even longer once you get in the examinating area. All these things makes for dissatisfied patients. I honestly believe IF they get the front desk issues in order once & for all, the tone & professionalism n the office will thereby make an EXCELLENT doctor's visit for patients. The doctos themselves have great personalities, bedside manners, friendly,, detailed. BEAUTIFUL decorum, CLEAN. After years of being a patient i can still attest to these qualities. Again but the front desk situation has been TERRIBLE for a good period of time now. The young ladies in the back, are GREAT, FRIENDLY, OUTGOING, CONCERNED ABOUT YOUR ISSUES, RETURN YOUR CALLS, TAKE GREAT CARE YOU. (Marina & Jasmine). NEVER nasty, dismissive, cold, unfriendly, etc. They are BOTH professional ALWAYS. Patient's medical test reports are important to us. Not getting a call back or any acknowledgement of your results is UNACCEPTABLE! Sorry, i cant sugar coat tht. Being told u will get a call back & it doesnt happen MANY TIMES is dismissive, unacceptable & unprofessional. I can LIKE & LOVE someone and yet STILL tell you the TRUTH. I have referred several family & friends who are still patuents so obviously the doctors are GREAT. But we all complain about the same thing. PLEASE do better! Thank you.

Doctor is very Professional , front desk are ruin the whole impression Recently very hard to confirm appointments or contact with doctor to get results nobody picking the Phone, Front desk girl Ana is rude and always give you strange look. When I am going to see a doctor, I want my issues to be resolved . Marina , and Jasmine doing great job to help the Dr. Pudinak, but first impression is very important.

was a new patient and my husband we wanted physicals got there 9:15a and for a 9:30a appt. It took the front desk young lady to input our insurance information 45 minutes still @10:45 no patients had been seen by doctor. Finally we walked out after sitting there for 1 and half.

she is wonderful and has great bedside manner. She is very good at diagnosing and cares very much about helping her patients.

Dr. Pudinak is a very professional and caring doctor. I had a great experience with her. She takes her time and doesn't rush you out. Her office is nice, clean and very comfortable. She also has a lab there so if you need to get your bloodwork done, it's a very fast and convenient process. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
