Dr. Anna I Rossis

Dr. Anna Rossis is very rude, not only to her patient, but also to her employees. She is extremely rude and has no bedside manner. She talked rudely to her patient and yelled to her employee all the time. She only works for money and tries her best money to get as much as money from your pocket for unnecessary treatments.

Dr. Anna Rossis is extremely rude and I never ever met a Doctor as rude as Dr. Rossis. I brought my mother to her clinic for a tooth cleaning scheduled before. My mother is a 69 year old lady who does not speak English and Dr. Rossis treated my mother horribly. My mother just did a full kneel replacement. Dr. Rossis asked me whether my mom took the medicine before came to her clinic. I told Dr. Rossis that my mom did take the medicine after the surgery as instructed by the orthopedist in her discharging document and she stopped taking the medicine yesterday per the instruction. Dr. Rossis raised her voice and talked to me rudely “It is not the medicine I am talking about.” “She should take Amoxicillin one hour before she came here for tooth cleaning.” “Her orthopedist should tell your mom that she should take amoxicillin.” I told Dr. Rossis that the orthopedist asked my mom to take three medicines as needed but not include amoxicillin in the list. I told her that we really don’t know… that my mom need take Amoxicillin before the tooth cleaning. Furthermore, we don’t have prescription from the orthopedist to purchase the medicine for her. However, Dr. Rossis didn’t let it go and continued to talk rudely to me and my mother. Dr. Rossis talked to me and my mother as if we were her employee and she is the boss. Dr. Rossis talked to me and my mother as if we are idiot and we are the ones who should be blamed for. I told Dr. Rossis that the orthopedist did not ask my mom to take Amoxicillin and we have no idea that my mom should take Amoxicillin before we came here. I told Dr. Rossis that she can make a phone call to the orthopedist if needed. Dr. Rossis again spoke to me and my mother very rudely and impatiently “I will not call your Doctor. It is a common sense that you should take Amoxicillin before you came here after the surgery.” She continued to blame me and my mother. I told her that your office could remind my mother that she should take amoxicillin when you made phone calls to me twice to confirm the appointment before. My mom went her clinic to get a dental clearance on July, 2017 before she can go ahead to do the full kneel replacement. Dr. Rossis should know that my mom just did a surgery and she should remind my mom to take the medicine before the cleaning. I said to Dr. Rossis that my mom can come back 6 months after her surgery to do the tooth cleaning. Dr. Rossis shouted to me that she has a gum disease and she needs a cleaning now. She continued talk down to me and my parents and continued to blame me and my mom not taking the medicine for no reason. I said to Dr. Rossis why you talked to us so rudely and why you continued to blame us for not taking the medicine. Dr. Rossis became very angry and lost her control and she screamed at me and my mom “You should change your dentist. I am the owner here. I am in charge of here. Now get out of my clinic! I will call police if you don’t leave.” While my mom and I were leaving her office, she continued to scream at us “Get out of my clinic”. Dr. Rossis is very rude and outrageous. Not only she treated her patients rude and poorly, she also treated her staff rudely. I heard she talked down to one of her dental assistant in a foreign language several times in the clinic. I heard she talked down to the other dental assistant and the hygienist several times as well. Dr. Rossis bosses everybody who works in his clinic. She is commanding and yelling all the time in her realm. Just as she flaunted, she is the boss there! Dr. Rossis treated me and my mom very rudely the other time in her clinic. My mom had an appointment with her at 4 o’clock in the afternoon with Dr. Rossis that day. We arrived at her office 10 minutes earlier and waited there for about forty minutes before Dr. Rossis can see my mom. I asked her if I can ask some questions before she extracted the tooth for my mom. She rudely said “No, you cannot ask questions because I am running out of the time and I need leave earlier today”. I said that we were here 10 minutes earlier than the appointment and waited for 40 minutes before be seen by you and we even cannot ask a question. Dr. Rossis replied me rudely and loudly “I don’t have time to answer your question and I need leave earlier. It is not the time to discuss any other things”. When Dr. Rossis spoke to me and my mom rudely, my mom burst into tears and asked me to take her back to home. My mom told me that she does not want to receive the treatment from Dr. Rossis anymore. Again, Dr. Rossis treated her patients very rudely. If not because of the insurance my mom has, we should already switch to the other dentist long time ago. Dr. Rossis is very rude and has very poor bedside manner to her patients. I strongly NOT recommend Dr. Rossis to anyone who wants to be treated respectfully in the dental treatment.

Dr. Rossis is wonderful ,very compassionate and caring. I took my child for check up and I was amazed. She made her feel comfortable and relaxed. Amy received toothbrush as a gift and she just loved it. Dr. Rossis was very attentive and gentle. She answered all my questions. Everyone in her office was really nice

Started taking X-ray without even asking what the problem the patient has. Was able to hear that the dentist was speaking harsh to the staff when they asked the doctor on behalf of me if the X-rays from previous dentist are not good enough .
