Dr. Anna V Rozentul, DO

The doctor is ok, however she doesn’t provide any follow up on her patients. The office is horrible, the office manager Tanya is rude and unprofessional. They also try to do unnecessary procedures like give vaccinations that are not needed (pt has immunity) and then claim insurance doesn’t pay for it and you have to pay out of pocket. They charge money for absolutely everything, even when you don’t come for an appointment but rather to just pickup test results since they refuse to give any information over the phone. When questioned about excessive charges Tanya simply tells you go find another doctor and they are not interested in you as a patient.

This doctor doesn't care about patients, never follows up, strictly business. Primadonnas on front desk behaves as they are center of the universe.

Awful service, and even worse staff

I made an appointment to see Dr. Rozentul for Juvederm injections. The wait was very short, and she was very pleasant and nice. She went into great detail when explaining the procedure, and made me feel secure and confident.Finally, the results were great! I went on vacation after that treatment and everybody was impressed with my look.Very happy with my visit.

I like Dr. Rozentul a lot. Came to see her at her new practice and really liked her caring matter and attention to my complaints.
