Dr. Anna Sadler

On Dec 12, 2018 I had a eye exam with Dr. Anna Sadler and she was fantastic. We an great conversation into providing me with the best eye exam. She even patiently waited for me to get off of my phone. I fully recommend this Wisconsin Vision Staff and Doctor. I had an appointment mix up because I change it from 4 to 5, however the staff still made sure I got seen.

I had an eye exam scheduled at Wisconsin Vision today at 10:20. I made the appointment and was also given a call to confirm the appointment and also sent a confirmation email stating the location, date and time. I arrived at my appointment at 10:10 and was greeted by a friendly staff member who began to give me paper work to fill out. As she was explaining the paper work to me, we were rudely interrupted by Dr. Anna Sadler. She very rudely stated that my appointment was scheduled for 10:00 and she would “try” to see me. I explained to her that I was pretty certain my appointment was scheduled at 10:20. She continued to argue with me stating that No, in fact my appointment was scheduled for 10:00. I could not believe how she approached one of her customers and the audacity of her accusing me of being late for my appointment. I was so shaken up that I honestly didn’t know I could even see her at this point. As I calmed down in the waiting room I pulled up on my phone the confirmation… email stating the date and 10:20 time. When she called me back for my exam I showed her my email, where she then continued to argue with me about my appointment time. Never ONCE did I receive an “I’m sorry” for the miscommunication. She then proceeded to have a staff member sit in our our exam so, I quote...”there would be no miscommunication this time.” From the other review on her it seems that she treats most patients this way. This women needs to be corrected for her behavior or she should NOT have a job. I would NEVER see her again and I have made the decision going forward to no longer use Wisconsin Vision as my eye care provider. I will most definitely share my experience with others and hope there will be Repercussions for her behavior.

I saw this provider at Wisconsin vision on sunset. Once was enuf. She had an attitude of annoyance w me. My blephartis had gotten really bad, being in the healthcare profession, I knew she could try antibiotic but she would not recommend anything for it. My pressure was borderline, I asked her to check it. She very disgustedly n annoyed said "sure." I walked out n knew I would never see her again. If she hates patients so much she should seek another profession.
