I called an inquired about scheduling an appointment as a new patient and Carla's rude and cold tone stated that they are not accepting new patients and hung up. I hope Dr. Salcedo reads this fore this is the first impression that one receives to your office. I would give a negative star at this point.

The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is the whole front desk staff needs to be replaced. I am seriously considering finding another Dr. just so I won't have to be belittled and treated so rudely by the staff. I am almost in tears writing this as I love Dr. Salcedo as she is a caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. Carla is so rude and have read other reviews stating the same. There is just too many incidents to go into detail but I have another visit and if something is not changed, I will be moving on. Such a shame that this is a common problem in Dr's offices. I think a lot of the Dr's just don't know what their staff does and this is a Christian office!

Dr. Salcedo takes her time to explain everything and more when I ask any questions regarding my health. She is so carling, wonderful and friendly Dr.

Love Dr. Salcedo, but th front desk staff needs to change. Very rude and confrontational. You are going to lose patients.

she does check every little thing and doesn't let little things go undetected or watched. She is very responsive when you call with a need or a question.

Dr. Salcedo approaches her practice with very current medical knowledge and compassion. She listens to her patients of which I am one of them. She di ...
