Dr. Anna Gabriella Saporito, MD

Dr. Saporito is a keen listener which is one of the foremost characteristics of a good doctor. Combine this skill with her incredible knowledge of family and womens medical issues, her insistence on the best possible treatment for her patients and her willingness to extend herself for patients and any patient will discover an excellent, caring doctor.

I would not recommend her even to my worst enemy. Absolutely horrible. Doesn't listen to her patients, ignores your requests, belittles you as a patient, as if you were a five year old.Condescending as if she were God.

She might be good but she is VERY moody. I saw her twice and 2nd time was not comfortable at all. She seemed like wanting to leave the office ASAP.

I have been to Dr. Saporito several times, for routine checkups and other appointments. She was thorough, caring, spent plenty of time with me, and referred me to a good specialist when needed. I like her kind and down to earth way.

I highly recommend Dr. Saporito. I am also a young doctor and I needed a primary care physician. As both a doctor and patient, I am very impressed with her. She is very, very smart and totally up to date on all the latest tests and treatments. She was very compassionate and down to earth during the appointment. I actually enjoyed my time there and left with a smile on my face. I have no complaints. The staff was great. I did not wait long. And I could get an appointment the same day I called. She is a fantastic doctor. Im sending all my friends.

Dr. Saporito is very smart and very kind and courteous. Her office staff answer the phone and are responsive and polite. The office is clean and quiet - rare in NYC. She diagnosed something other doctors missed, so I would have to completely disagree with the first reviewer. I've been seeing her several times.

Do NOT go to see Dr.Saporito. Had the worst experience. I asked for a sick visit (been feeling very tired lately and with many other "realistic" symptoms such as: leg pain, muscular pain, vomiting, breathing disorder, and also some other feminine problems that had remained unresolved by my gynecologist, however scary and visible problems.) Dr Saporito saw me very fast. I started to tell her about my problems and she aggressively stopped me and said "This is not why you are here, are you?" (??!!) then I felt I had to speak very fast to tell her everything because I could feel she wanted to stop me at every sentence. She kept being very aggressive and nervous during the entire conversation. She didn't want to hear more than "one" of my symptoms saying that the office was open 5 days a week and that I could come back for these. However some doctor friend had told me that these problems were probably related.She kept saying that my problem is a nervousness/stress problem (when I am… sincerely not stressed.) Finally she smiled very big said "it was excellent to meet meet you" and that my problem is that there is too much going on my mind and that I am underweight. Ok. It is maybe be true but my experience with her was horrible. I do not want to pay a doctor that yells and she's probably the one with stress problems. My mother, grand mother, great grand mother (who died at 100 years) all thinner than me never got sick.
