Dr. Anna Tran, MD

I recently saw Dr. Tran for the first time to establish care. She was friendly and professional. She took all the time needed to get to know my concerns and care needs. I needed referrals and she made them all promptly. She ordered the medication I needed as well. I have no complaints and will continue to see Dr. Tran.

Bad bed side manner. Needs to be more friendly. If it's a chore to show compassion change jobs.

Dr. Tran was assigned to my brother at a Plano hospital in the emergency room. She prescribed my brother three times the dosage than what he was being given in the hospital. We did not realize it until it was too late. We should be able to trust the doctor has done their due diligents to confirm medication be prescribed is correct when discharging a patient to go home. I wish I had read the medical records before giving him his medication and not put my trust in her.

My child was sick of cough and cold. She didn't do needed investigation to diagnose the root cause. Had to wait for 25 min in her office. Not that friendly too with kids(professional for elders).

I stared as a patient 5 years ago for myself and family. This year over the last couple of months the service has just been horrible! Dr. Tran used to be so caring and great would listen and take her time. Now its as if she cant not spend anymore than 5 minutes with us. Plus the Telephone hold times are unacceptable! Nurses take days to return calls! When you walk in for an appointment your no longer greeted. My son had breathing issues and they were more concerned now with my insurance info and copay. The staff used to be friendly and made our visit worth while, however seems like they have new staff which is not caring at all! After seeing the same staff for years and them knowing me by my name and coming in one day to rudness and non-caring is a huge change! I will be on the search for a new doctor!

I once thought this was the best doc ever. But my child's last 4 visits have been awful. Her staff has destroyed her office. Huge, insulting neon signs stating that you must have your insurance card and other obvious statements have taken over the waiting room. 4-5 staffers talking non-stop about non-sense while patients wait over an hour to see the doc have downgraded this office to a level I no longer care to visit. Very sad!

Horrible! Don't don't it do your research 1st please!
