Dr. Lee is amazing and her staff is very professional and when I have a appointment I don't wait for hours. In and Out. Let's talk about Dr. lee she is a awesome doctor who is a great listner and I satisfied to say that I truly love my doctor.

The woman who answered the phone was very unprofessional, rude, and condescending in her tone when answering my questions. When I asked her to clarify what she said or questioned policies she stated to me, she got increasingly perturbed sounding at having to clarify what she was saying. When I asked what tests were needed for a new patient appointment she scoffed under her breath and said "Tests. You know, like labs? Do you need me to go through all of them with you?" Given there are tests for things that have absolutely nothing to do with blood work or basic blood panels, I thought it was a fair question in order to make sure the proper records would be available. If this is the way a new patient is treated when they are just asking for clarity on office policy, I would hate to think what would occur should you have to call and need help with more serious matters regarding your health. Health care is already stressful and confusing as it is and patients do not need non empathetic… people or people lacking patience being on the other end of the phone or other side of the desk when they reach out looking for help. After reading the reviews of the doctors at this practice, it seemed like a great place to go, but the front desk is the face of the office and first impressions make a big impact. After the incredibly rude and unprofessional conversation I had, I will be seeking out another office and will be sharing this experience with others.

I already have a few friends who sees Dr. Lee and they like myself would recommend her to anyone.Dr Lee takes good care of me, if there is something wrong with my test or I call about and issue, she or her staff never hesitate to assist me.

Her office staff is very unprofessional and unfriendly.
