Dr. Annabelle Lipsett Rodriguez, MD

My fiancee is a patient here. She does her counceling and attends her appointments as directed. She pays cash which isn't cheap. They have neglected to fill her scripts on a number of occasions and when she call to let them know that her script wasn't at the pharmacy like they said it would be nobody answers the phone for days on end. How can anyone keep there sobriety when this place fails to upkeep there medical responsibilities to a patient in good standing? They are medically neglegant and I'm appalled these quacks are still even in business. I also know this has and is happening often to lots of other patients who go there for recovery. I won't be surprised if sometime soon they are sued for medical negligence because they failed to upkeep there responsibilities to the patient as "health care professionals" and a patient or patients overdose because they failed to provide the medication due to the patient and that patient has to go without there prescription for days and or weeks… on end because the doctors office never answers there phone or returns there calls. It's rediculous and something needs to be done about this. They have and are making patients suffer and looze there sobriety because of there negligence. Somebody needs to be held responsible for this.
